The Jefferson Amateur Radio Club holds it general meetings on the fourth Thursday of the month.  The short business meeting begins at 7:00 pm with a presentation starting usually around 7:30 pm.  The club is usually open every Thursday night for Open House on non-meeting nights.  JARC Board Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month.
