Dr. Ken Nollet, K0EN a.k.a. JO7XVL who has lived and worked in Japan for many years will be our guest speaker and give a presentation on “Amateur Radio and EmComm thru the eyes of a Physician in Fukushima” at our General Meeting at the JARC on March 24, 2016 at 7:00pm. We will also have a short presentation on “Katrina and Ham Radio”.
